Return Policy

At Unlike Regular People, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Items showing signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, discounted items, and limited-edition drops are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Accessories (hats, socks, headwear, etc.) are non-returnable due to hygiene purposes.

 

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
